Where's Waldo?

I think we all remember this fun classic.
Where's Waldo?
This really sums up our current search for our new home!
Where's Adam & Sarah?
Well, we've got it narrowed down to 3 cities.
Guess which is which:

Did you guess?
That's right.
Dallas, Denver, or Nashville will soon be home to Mr & Mrs Adam Ingle!
We are 3 1/2 months away from the big day, and Adam's job will determine where we land.
I am so excited to see where we end up. We can't go wrong with any of these options! I've spent hours and hours looking at apartments in all of these places, and I'm itching to finally book one!
It doesn't matter where we move. It doesn't matter how nice or small our apartment is. It doesn't matter if our kitchen table is almost on top of the couch. And it doesn't matter if only my clothes will fit in the closet. And it doesn't matter if our closet is the size of a dime. We will make it work, and we are so excited for the adventure. We just want to be together, finally, forever.
Now, have some fun! Go find Waldo!

125

We're at the 125 mark!! It's crazy how fast time has been flying by! I can't believe we're getting married in just 4 months!

Recently we've gotten our flowers all figured out, and I'm so excited to see them on the big day!! They're going to be beautiful!!! The colors are going to be perfect, and I can't wait to see how the centerpieces for the reception turn out! I'm just so excited!!

I've also gotten a better idea of what my bridesmaids' mismatched grey dresses will look like--it's been so fun seeing what everyone picks out! The grey with all the green & white flowers...oh be still my heart!

And of course..we got my dress fitted & altered!! And as of right now, it's pretty stinkin spot on! I get butterflies every time I put it on. It fits me just right, and I think the Mr is going to love it!! No doubt about it.

Everyone has been asking me, "so who is going to do the pictures for your wedding?? you??"
Negative. But this girl is! Check her out, she's pretty awesome!

Last weekend, Adam, myself, and my brother & sister-in-law all rented a cabin up in the Smokies and went away on a little retreat. It was a much needed mini-vacation! Daniel & Jennifer learned to ski, and Adam & I tackled snowboarding. After it tackled us. The weekend was loads of fun, and we made so many memories, and have so many funny stories to tell. I felt so grown up...going out of town with my big brother & his wife, and my fiance, and no parents. It was neat :-) It might be a while before we ever get to do that again, so we cherished every moment! I sure am thankful for my relationship with my brother & 'sister'. Adam fits in perfectly to say the least! Here's a couple pictures from our weekend! They're not the rockies, but the smokies are so beautiful in their own right!

Needless to say, it was probably the most painful weekend of all of our lives.
But so much fun, so we got over that pretty quickly.

I've finally had time to catch up on some crafts I had planned for the wedding. Here's a look at two I did today! A chalkboard 'I' and a grey wreath!

It just needs to dry for 24hr then be primed with a good layer of chalk and it should be good to go!

And what is this?? You'll have to wait and seeeeee :-)

I think that's all for now!! Our dining room table is currently overflowing with decorations! 4 more months, 4 more months, 4 more months and I finally get to marry my best friend!!

152

Well hello there...WEDDING!
Time is flying by, and my stress level is quickly rising! I wasn't stressed until it was suddenly 2012 and it was less than 5 months until the big day!
There is so much that we've got to get done, or as Adam likes to put it, "there is so much that you've got to get done!" Thanks, fiance. I guess he is right though, his main job right now is finishing up school and finding that perfect job to support his soon-to-be wifey so she never has to work again. Wait, what?

A lot of you have asked us multiple times where we're going to live.
Nashville, Dallas, Colorado, Timbuktoo?
TBA.
Stay tuned, because we're not quite sure yet either! I know God will work everything out, and we're so excited to see what sort of adventure He has in mind for us.

Now to recap what we've been up to over the past month or so! Well, we've been traveling a lot! The week leading up to Christmas, I flew to Colorado to shoot my friend Natalie's wedding/bridals/engagement photos. I was beyond ecstatic to visit Colorado and see what all the mountain hype was about, and didn't really think I'd get to see the mountains. I was wrong. Oh. My. Word! I'm in love. The mountains are calling my name!

Oh, and then it snowed..a foot. A foot of SNOW! I just could not contain my excitement. Poor Adam, I'm sure he was just dying every time I called to tell him about the snow!

After I got home, Adam came to Franklin to spend Christmas eve and day with my family, something we've never been able to do before. It was a special one. Later that week, I went to Searcy for his family's Christmas, as well as the arrival of our new niece, Maggie Lynn. She is adorable, and all are doing well! I'd say we had a blast loving on all 4 of the babies and spending time with the Ingle side. I truly am marrying into a wonderful family.

After two crazy weeks, I think the traveling has slowed down for a little bit. We recently mourned the loss of my grandmother, but celebrated her going to a much more joyous place and were able to spend time with family we don't see very often. One of her favorite songs was, 'How Great Thou Art', and oh how it is true. When going through a few of her old things, I found a beautiful broach to clip on my bouquet as 'something borrowed.' She would have loved that.

Now for the wedding updates! Adam's wedding band has been purchased! Exciting, eh? My band is also already secured, as my thoughtful fiance purchased it when he purchased my engagement ring. We went to try it on when I was in Searcy, but I swore I would keep my eyes closed so it would be a surprise on our wedding day! It was tough not to look, but I hear it looked mighty pretty so I'll have to take his word for it :-)
We've thought about our music more, which of course will be a surprise until rehearsal I suppose, and sometime in the next week or two mom and I will start picking out flowers, or at least getting some ideas in place. Also on our need-to-do-very-soon list is pick out a cake vendor, and start that process. Cake-tasting should be fun, right?!

I think that's about it for now! This month is already flying by, which means before we know it it will be down to 4 months left! Where did 13 go?? People aren't lying when they say it will go by fast.

Stuck in Solitary

Yes, I know, I haven't blogged in roughly 14 weeks and 3 days...what can I say, I like keeping people on their toes.  At the time I am writing this post, I haven't seen the Fianc (pronounced Fee-onc) in what feels like decades.  She is off working hard, bringing home the bacon, as I am stuck in my apartment working on school stuff.  I am officially onto my last semester in school before I start into my real life.  In the blink of an eye, I will be graduated, working a real job, and (the reason all of you are reading this) MARRIED.  It's crazy to think of so many huge milestones to happen over the course of 1 month.  I'm excited to see what the next year will bring. That's it for me tonight, leave some love in the comments and I might just cut down my blog frequency to 7 weeks and 1.5 days.  Thanks for reading, love all you guys.

One-derland

Wow, it's been forever since I've even had time to THINK about a wedding blog post! God has been so good and blessed me with a job that keeps me busy 99% of the time. If you know me at all, you know how miserable I am to not be swamped. I love being busy, and am happiest when I barely have time for myself. Adam has been super busy as well, finishing up this semester, and working every hour in between. Luckily, being busy also means the time flies by just a little quicker.
We are officially in the 100's!

Only 199 days to go! 199 sounds a bit more daunting than something in the 200's or 300's. It's hard to believe we've been engaged for over 6 months now. I swore when we got engaged that the time would pass as slow as molases--not the case. I remember May 16 as if it were yesterday, and know I always will, but I also know that once the clock strikes January 2012, the big day will really be here before we know it!
Quite a few things have developed since last time I wrote. Let's see.
First, we took our engagement photos with the always fabulous Sarah Barlow. It was such a blast. I absolutely love the results! Here are a few of our favorite edited ones, really, just a few! We loved them all!!:

(Adam's favorite...what are we doing? Our first..Tango?)

And now...here is a small chunk of some of our favorite unedited ones...outtakes and all!

And there you have it. Never before seen.

Back to wedding updates.
My dress and veil came in, and I got to go try it back on a couple week ago with my mom, sister in law, and two of my bridesmaids. I. LOVE. IT. It is still more than perfect, and Adam is going to just melt. I can't wait to go back for fittings in Jan/Feb.
We also just ordered our Save The Dates, and don't worry, the picture on them is not on this blog post so it will be a surprise. They're super cute, totally us, and I can't wait to send them out!
Our videographer should be booked sometime in the next week, and I am so excited with who we are using. His name is Jake Morgan, a fellow Lipscomb alum, and he is extremely talented! It will be oh so great, I just know it.
I think we've decided to start out in the Nashville area for the first two years or so, until we get fully on our feet and decide where we want to go plant ourselves next. But who know's. That could totally change!! We've got our whole lives ahead of us, and we're so excited to start thinking about the possibilities!
The other day my mom and I explored several apartment complexes. The result: holy moly LIVING is expensive! Whew.
For crafts, I have two headboards in mid-craft down in the garage just waiting to be finished. Should be interesting to see how those turn out!
I guess that's about it. There are some little things in the works here and there, but the majority of things will have to wait until Feb/Mar to really start cracking.
GETTING EXCITED!!!!
And as one of my crazy 'maids said jokingly tonight, "you're officially in one-derland!!"
